FIR against Ambani and Federal ministers by AAP –
I hope most of us would already be aware of the controversy
over Reliance KG-D6 block. The issue had been in the public domain since 2005
when the differences between 2 BIG brothers came into light and Supreme Court
mediated the scuffle by stating. “The government
owns the gas till it reaches its ultimate consumer and parties must restrict
their negotiation within the conditions of the government policy”.
I will take just a few seconds more to
remind you of some of the details from where this controversy started.
In June 2004, National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) invited bids for
supply of gas for its 2600 MW power plant in Kawas and Gandhar. Reliance
Industries, hopeful of starting production of gas by the time NTPC’s power
plant is ready, bid for the project and was awarded it as the lowest
‘techno-commercial’ bidder. A Letter of Intent (LOI) was issued to Reliance
Industries to supply 132 trillion units of gas per annum to NTPC for 17 years
at a price of $2.34 per mmBtu. Reliance Industries refused to sign the contract for
supply of gas. Jairam Ramesh, the Minister of Power in a written reply to a
question in Lok Sabha in 2009 said that “After issuance of LOI, RIL did not
come forward to sign the Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement and sought major
changes in the draft GSPA. In spite of all the efforts (by NTPC) RIL did not
sign the GSPA agreed during the bidding process. NTPC dragged Reliance to
Bombay High Court on December 20, 2005 but unfortunately the case that has
dragged on. The case after nine years is still sub judice.
I am not getting in to the technical details of the issue
(that is for the next time). I am limiting it to FIR by AAP and the need for it
.
9 Years that’s a
very long time. I would like to assert that in India we have got, too, many
Holy cows. I am afraid to say even our constitution and Judiciary belongs to
that Holy cow category. Why no one is asking any question that why is this
taking such a long time? By the way its out of context but Lalu got convicted
only after most of the cows jiska chara usne kha liya tha , died . Long live
the cows of India.
Anyway I will focus on media like questions that why was
AAP in a hurry to file a FIR when the case is already pending in Supreme Court.
“The inpatient bunch AAP” they don’t have any respect for Judiciary,
Constitution bloody anarchist. (I am being satirical by the way). Why did they
got up suddenly and started blaming RIL. Kejriwal (The inexperienced bunch)
didn’t know how to govern and hence they were looking for some excuse to run
away. Bhagode
By the way why did people like TSR Subramanian, EAS
Sharma, RH Tahiliani and Kamini Jaiswal went to AAP government in first place?
They are eminent personalities and they should have waited for the Supreme
Court verdict. Vested interest what else?
May be they ,too, will make their
political debut . anyway AAP is giving tickets to all these people who are
raising this absurd complaints about everyone . “ AAP ki behti ganga mein haat dho lete hein waise Ganga se yaad aaya “
Raam their Ganga maili ho gayi ,ab itna
haath dhooge to gandi hogi hi ” Now
the intention of these four people are clear we will move to next interesting
question .
What should AAP have done after getting written complaint
from these people ?
Had they known the governance before taking any step
they would have replied categorically –
The case is pending with Supreme Court since last 9
years please wait we cannot do anything about it.Then they would have consulted eminent lawyers like Mr. Kheitley (name changed pun intended)
and checked first that if they can ask ACB to file an FIR against some federal ministers
who seems to be involved in collusion? Will it be an attack on constitution if
a state government receives a complaint against some federal ministers and
plans to take it ahead? But Kejriwal is an angry young political man and angry young political man didn’t care about all
this and asked ACB to file a FIR, bloody anrchist . ( I liked the Tweet of Suhel
Seth ( Jackass of all trade and master of all asses too) “ Kejriwal is so angry that some day he will arrest himself. Wah wah maza
aa gya suheil sahib kya baat kahi hai . )
I feel sometime
ignorance is bliss and taking advantage of that ignorance I must say that in
this country even a common man has right to ask to file a FIR against anyone in
the country based on even prima fascia of charge and it will not be an attack
on constitution or federal structure and if it is then we have to make
necessary change in our Holy Cow.
Was it in jurisdiction of AAP government to file a FIR
on matter which was between private party and federal government?
No pun intended I think this is the most absurd
question to be asked? Gas is not owned
by even GOI they are the caretaker. It
belongs to India and India comprises of we the people the very basis of
existence of our Holy cow , The constitution. And now since I am clear that it
belongs to every Indian then any Indian can file a FIR against any one if they
have even any prima fascia evidence of involvement of wrong doings. If the same
is done by a sitting CM then ,too, its not anarchy or lack of governance or
insult of constitution.
Anyway come to politics and let’s see what could have
been their motive to file a FIR?
Oh it’s a sitter. Everyone will get 10/10. Lok Sabha
Election Mudda . APP had not got
anything sensational in its armory to Hog the limelight in media for
forthcoming loksabha election. What could have been better agenda than
attacking the most powerful business house in the country? So they colluded
with their A team congress to create an event to give some sensational breaking
news story to them on Platter and their team A obliged by offering them a story
. The Story was increase in Gas pricing from first April 2014 when UPA
government tenure was almost getting over. What important thing timing is. UPA
regime will be over just after a month from April and AAP Govt will resign on
14th Feb and start their Chunavi bigul from Rhotak on 23rd
Feb and their main focus would be RIL gas pricing.
Jai ho …….
